Position Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in cold calling and client interaction.
- Bachelor’s degree from a UGC-approved university in Bangladesh.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in marketing, front desk, or customer service roles (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns and activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote company services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Manage calls and client inquiries professionally.
- Create content for social media and marketing materials.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients and visitors.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
