Job Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to the sales team
- Providing technical support and guidance to the site engineers and masons
- Attending technical meeting and conducting technical session including construction process guidelines with the clients
- Conducting technical training sessions for the engineers and masons
- Visit all the ongoing projects time to time to ensure proper construction process are being followed
- Train and monitor construction workers and construction laborers
- Receive all kind of technical service requests and provide day to day technical Support to the users physically
